Concrete overlays that lasts.

Stamped, stained, and overlaid concrete that turns tired slabs into a feature.

01 · What it is

About concrete overlays.

Stamped, stained, and overlaid concrete that turns tired slabs into a feature.

Concrete overlays are thin, polymer-modified toppings that go over an existing slab. Stamped or stained, they let you transform a tired driveway or patio into a feature you'll actually show off - without the cost of tear-out and re-pour.

We stamp, stain, score, and seal - turning a worn slab into stone, brick, slate, or whatever pattern fits the space. Properly sealed, the overlay handles Midwest seasons for years.

02 · Why we recommend it

Built to deliver.

What separates a well-installed concrete overlays job from a bad one.

Stamped patterns

Brick, stone, slate, ashlar - we stamp wet overlay to mimic premium hardscape at a fraction of the price.

Custom colors

Integral and acid-stain color options. Single tones, mottled effects, or banded accents - your call.

Sealed & protected

Penetrating and topical sealers protect against freeze-thaw, road salt, and UV fade.

Costs less than tear-out

A fraction of the price of removing and re-pouring a slab - and ready to use much sooner.

05 · Common questions

Questions about concrete overlays.

Quick answers to what we're asked most. More on the FAQs page

Will an overlay stick to a cracked slab?
Hairline cracks are normal and we treat them in prep. Structural cracks or heaving usually means the slab needs to be replaced - we'll be straight with you at the estimate.
How long does it last?
A properly-prepped, properly-sealed overlay handles Midwest seasons for years. We recommend a re-seal every 3-5 years for max longevity.
Can you match an existing color scheme?
Usually, yes. Bring photos of what you want to match or coordinate with, and we'll mix samples until it's right.
